Ram Madhav Says BJP will Rule Till 2047

BharatiyaJanata Party (BJP) General Secretary Ram Madhav today claimed that the BJP willbreak the Congress's record of longest run at power at the Centre under PrimeMinister Narendra Modi.

Ram Madhavclaimed that the BJP would continue to be in power till 2047 when India wouldbe celebrating 100 years of independence.

Madhav whilequoted by a news agency said that the BJP government under Narendra Modi ji'sstewardship will go a long way. He said, "We are confident that the party willstill be in power in 2047 when the country will celebrate the centenary year ofindependence."

Madhav'sclaim is similar to what Union Home Minister Amit Shah said in September 2018. AmitShah while addressing the party leaders at the national executive meeting inNew Delhi last year said that if the BJP wins in 2019 Lok Sabha election no onecan throw out the party in the next 50 years.

Ram Madhavafter claiming that BJP will be in power till 1947 said that nationalism is inBJP's DNA rejecting the charge that the BJP used military achievements to win2019 Lok Sabha election.

Earlier inMarch this year, BJP leader Sakshi Maharaj claimed that there would be noelection if the BJP won 2019 Lok Sabha election.
