People of 24 districts out of the 33 district are consuming water containing arsenic. It has been reported that many people in these districts have fallen ill after consuming water containing arsenic in these districts. Reports also suggested that water of 6881 areas in these 24 districts contains arsenic, while water in 930 areas contains fluoride.
