North Guwahati commuters to get government bus services under ASTC (Assam State Transport Corporation). As per sources, the state transport authority has planned to provide several government buses for the greater interest of North Guwahati commuters. The buses would ply between Guwahati and North Guwahati.

It may be mentioned that people from North Guwahati have been demanding government to restart govt. bus services between Guwahati and North Guwahati.
