The National Democratic Front of Bodoland- Progressive faction NDFB (P)has boycotted it former President B. Sungthagra alias Dhiren Boro and former Mandal Commandant B Phailaw.

The move had been announced in a press meet, citing that thetwo have been involved in affairs against the organisation.

Speaking on the issue of a separate Bodo state, NDFB (P)stated that the BJP government should take up measures pertaining to thematter.The President of the organisation GovindaBasumatary also informed that discussions are progressing in the correctdirection.
