The Mora-PagladiyaRiver has created havoc in Tihu as embankment of the river breaks at twoplaces.

Some ofthe areas engulfed by the water of the river are Siyalmari, Sathikusi, Bali,Ratanpur, Haribhanga, Gormara and Mahajan Suburi.

People ofthe villages, submerged in the flood, have been trapped amid the rising waters.
