Mary Kom visits Kaziranga

World Amateur Boxing champion MC Mary Kom appreciated the conservation efforts of officials and staff at Kaziranga National Park, which she visited on Sunday along with her family.

Mary Kom, who is on her maiden visit to Kaziranga, after visiting the Park told reporters that she must congratulate the officials and staff of Kaziranga for their conservation efforts. She enjoyed elephant safari at the Bagori forest range.

The Rajya Sabha MP refrained herself from answering questions regarding the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill. She said, "I am not a political person."

"I have started preparing for 2020 Olympics. An Olympic Gold is what I am still dreaming," Mary Kom said.
