A labour has been electrocuted at Lanka in Hojai district on Monday evening during the time of construction of a building. The deceased has been identified as Abdul Waheed (37).

According to reports, Waheed was working in a construction site of abuilding at 11 No Ward when he gets a shock by an electric wire and died on thespot.

The police reached the spot after the incident and took the body to thepolice station. The body has been kept in the Lanka police station.
