Overcoming all odds stacked against them, two students of Assam have been able to secure positions in the HSLC examinations 2020. Despite being from financially backward families, both the students didn't let the factor of financial paucity become a hindrance in their way to progress.
Ankita Bhuyan, a student of Kiran Academy, Dhemaji has secured 10th position in the Arts stream. Daughter of Headmaster of Choukham Madhya English Venture School, Laxminath Bhuyan, Ankita studied for 3-4 hours on a daily basis while battling poverty. Her fear has brought great pride to her place Sisibargaon Choukham. The local public as well as her teachers congratulate Bhuyan on her success, and wish her a bright future.
Ankurjyoti Bhuyan, a student of J.B. College, Jorhat has secured 5th position in the Commerce stream in the latest HSLC examination, the results of which have been announced today. Bhuyan, a resident of Teok Doh-gowal village, did his schooling from Teok High School. Although he is not from a very well-off family, Bhuyan didn't lose his heart, worked hard, and has now come out with flying colours. The people of Teok, as well as Jorhat, are taking pride in his academic achievement.
