Guwahati: Water supply disruption in Shantipur area

Thewater supply to Guwahati's Shantipur area will be disrupted for few days as thewater supply pipeline of Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) broke down nearBharalumukh area on Friday.

Accordingto reports, the pipeline broke down opposite to Bharalu Police Station. Thebreakage will take a few days for restoration.

TheGMC has asked the people in the area to bear with the situation till the restorationprocess is completed.
