Ateam of forensic experts on Wednesday evening inspected the grenade blast sitein Guwahati's Zoo road. The team of forensic experts collected samples from theblast site.

"Thematerial has been sealed and sent to the forensic lab for testing," said a toppolice official.

Besides, Assam DGP Kuladhar Saikia, Guwahati Commissioner of Police, Deepak Kumar, Assam Minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya, BJP leader Queen Oja, Congress leader Bobbeeta Sharma also visited the blast site.

At least 11 persons were injured after suspected ULFA members threw a grenade in front of Guwahati Central shopping mall on Wednesday evening at around 8 PM.
