Gandhi Sankalp Yatra Started at Dibrugarh

The 'GandhiSankalp Yatra' has been started at Lahowal in Dibrugarh on Tuesday along withthe rest of the country as a part of the celebration of Gandhi Jayanti to markthe 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

The 15-kilometer yatra has been started from Dibrugarh Lok Sabha constituency in Banipur. It has been determined through the yatra to create India with the principles of Gandhi and to distribute brotherhood.

TheGandhi Sankalp Yatra has been started throughout the country under theleadership of Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister has decided to come up with theyatra in order to observe the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and to show solidarityto the Prime Minister all the MPs will participate in 15 km yatra in theirrespective constituencies.
