A massive fire broke out at Guwahati Metro district transport office in Betkuchi today (Friday). The fire broke out in a building that adjoins the DTO office.

Fire and emergency services have been rushed to the spot to put out the fire.

The fire was confined to an E-rickshaw and electric wiring – told witnesses.

No one was hurt in the fire. The cause of the fire is yet not clear, however burning cigarettes were leading cause of the fire – people claimed to media.
