Jorhat Police have been nabbed former All Assam Tea Student Association (AATSA) leader Manoj Majhi on Tuesday night.

Reportedly, police nabbed him due to interrogation of Teok Tea Estate's Dr Deben Dutta murder case and now he is kept in Jorhat Sadar Police Station.

It has been suspected that Majhi has connection with the murder case. As per reports, on the day of Dr Dutta's murder, Majhi commented that, AATSA has been demanding to transfer veteran Dr. Deben Dutta from the tea estate for a long time.

After commenting this police took him under suspect and nabbed him for further details.
