City Crime Branch, Police Seize Illegal Drugs

Crime branch and Basistha Police have carried out a raid successfully in the Krishnakata area near Central Jail on Wednesday.

12lakhs worth forty cartons of fancy dials have been seized. In this connection,two have been arrested named Imran and Kurbaan.

Thegoods were found in an onion carrying truck. The number plate of the truck is MN 05 C 1692.

The arrested person had brought the illegal goods from a godown in Beharbari while loading onions at Krishnakata, the Crime Branch, and Basistha police caught them.
