Hatigaon police have arrested five car thieves and seized aTATA Indica car (AS 01 BG 3154) on Monday evening from the Lalmati region in Guwahati.

As per reports, the thieves have been identified as Manuwar Hussain, Ranjan Ali, Raju Ali, Sariful Haque, and Umed Ali. Importantly, Manuwar Hussain was one of the most wanted criminals for Hatigaon police.

Based on tip-off police carried out and operation and finally police could arrest all the five-car thieves from the same region.

Police seized lots of objectional elements along with sharp weapons and other instruments which they use to open the doors.

Moreover, after come to know about their identification, thelocals of the region had beat all of them in black and blue where Raju Ali gotcritically injured and later he had sent to GMCH for further treatment.
