BSF jawan creates ruckus in Tezpur

A jawan of Border Security Force (BSF) created a ruckus by hitting a number of vehicles, injuring at least three, at Chowkbazar in Tezpur town on Friday morning. The BSF jawan has been identified as Buddhadeb Lahkar.

According to reports, the jawanwas under the influence of alcohol. He was travelling a Tata Sumo and hit othervehicles on the road. "When publicquestioned him, he attempted to manhandled a few people," said a local inTezpur.

Later, police reached the spot tocontrol the heated argument between locals and the BSF jawan. They alsodetained the BSF jawan along with a youth.
