BJP sweeps 10 out of 13 NCHAC seats

The results of 13 seats have been declared in the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC) election 2019 and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has won 10 seats out of the total declared 13 seats. Elections have been held for 28 seats in the NCHAC.

Meanwhile, counting has been underway and independent candidates have won in 3 seats out of the total declared 13 seats. The Congress or Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) have failed to won any seats as of now.

It may be noted that elections have been held on January 19 for 28 constituencies of the NCHAC. 122341 voters will decide the fate of 129 candidates in the autonomous council.
