Assam Govt To Appoint 767 Candidates In Edu. Dept Today

The Assam Government has taken its first step in providing 1 lakh government jobs to youths of the state on Friday.

Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu had announced that the Education Department is going to appoint 767 candidates.

Education Minister Pegu said, "Today 767 candidates will be appointed in new government jobs."

He further informed that the Madrassa TET qualifiers will not get appointed in the government jobs on Friday.

The general TET qualifiers will get their appointment letters from the Education Department of Assam today.

11 colleges in the state have currently sheltered racism and caste discrimination in their admission process.

The Education Minister have further ordered the colleges not to shelter such racism and caste discrimination in their admission process.
