Assam Governor Jagdish Mukhi cast his vote in Delhi

AssamGovernor Jagdish Mukhi cast his vote at a polling booth at his homeconstituency in Delhi on Sunday. He along with his wife cast their votes at theC4E polling station in Janakpuri LP School of West Delhi constituency.

GovernorJagdish Mukhi has remained a Delhi voter, though usually a Governor of a Statein the country enumerates his name in the State he heads. Earlier, he served asthe Minister of Finance, Planning, Excise & Taxation and Higher Educationin the Delhi government.

Speaking to media, the Assam Governor asked people to exercise their franchise in the "festival of democracy".
