The devastating flood caused by the increasing levels of water in the Pahumara River in Bajali under the Pathsala subdivision has compelled the administration to take action in controlling the flood crisis.

In a bid to rescue the affected people the Jat regiment from Burma has extended a helping hand in this critical situation. The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) are prepared to be deployed for rescue works too.
