APSC Scam : Prime Witness to give Statement

In a major twist in the APSC Cash-for-Job Scam,  two Assam Civil Service (ACS) and Assam Police Service (APS) officials  have agreed to be prime witnesses in connection with the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC)  scam and have come forward to give legal statement against the criminal activities of Rakesh Paul.

The two APSC officials appealed in the high to be the prime witnesses against the scam. The two ACS and APS officials are Sanjan Phukan and Debabrat De.

Sanjan Phukan is an election officer of Gohpur whereas Debabrat De was appointed as DSP of Tinsukia DSB.

Surprisingly the duo weren't arrested even after their names were included in the accused of the APSC cash for job scam.

Allegedly, the APSC officials has come forward to give her statement due to the fear of getting arrested.

Both of them belong to the 2013 batch of the APSC.

Earlier this year in March ACS  Abhisikha Brua, Naziras Ciecle officer  agreed to be a prime witness to the criminal activities of Rakesh Paul, has come forward to give legal statement in connection with the scam.

The witness herself has earned the post of ACS by giving a handsome amount of money to accused Rakesh Paul.
