Adding one more name to the list of famous personalities coming forth to help the victims of Assam deluge, Bollywood's mega star Amitabh Bachchan on Tuesday has donated Rupees 51 lakhs to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.

On behalf of the people of Brahmaputra and Barak valley, Assam Chief Minister sarbananda Sonowal expressed his gratitude towards Big B's generosity.

It may be noted that, senior Bachchan donated the amount to the CM's Relief Fund through the RTGS banking system.
