The National Investigating Agency (NIA) has arrested a businessman, identified as Jaikishan Sharma from Dimapur in Nagaland in connection with the murder of MLA Tirong Aboh and the 10 others.

The NIA also reportedly recovered Rs 10 lakh in cash from the possession of Sharma, who is a businessman based in Khonsa. He is believed to be close to the underground group of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Isak-Muivah).

The NIA suspects that he shared the travel plan of late Aboh to the group involved in the gruesome murder.
