AAMSU protests against Prateek Hajela

AAMSU has launched a strike against NRC State Coordinator Prateek Hajela pertaining to modifications that he had put forth to the Supreme Court.

The strike took place at Lakhidhar Bora Kshetra on Thursday. AAMSU has carried out protests at various places of Assam at the same time.

The protest have been carried demanding the cancellation of Hajela's suggestions to the Supreme Court to reject the five types of documents from the legacy documents' list A which demands 15 types of documents.

The organisation has also demanded to let those people, whose names are missing from the NRC Final draft list, know the reason behind them being left out.
