Must secure a minimum of 55% marks for UG level (50% for reserved category) and 60% marks for PG degree (55% for reserved category).
Emeritus FellowshipShould be a teacher Should have teaching experience. Should have published quality research work in his/ her teaching career.
Indira Gandhi Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl ChildMust be a single girl child Age should not be more than 30 years, Must be studying in the 1st year of a master’s degree course
Ishan Uday-Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern RegionMust belong to the North East Region (NER). Must pass Class 12 or its equivalent exam Must be studying in the 1st year of any UG course Annual family income must not exceed Rs 4.5 lakh.
Kothari FellowshipMust have a Ph.D. degree in science preferably with published research work to his/her credit.Should be unemployed. The age should not be more than 35 years. Age is relaxable by 3 to 5 years for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Women/ PWD.
Maulana Azad National Fellowship-MinorityMust belong to any of the minority communities such as Muslim, Parsi, Buddhist, Jain, Sikh, and Christian.Must be studying in Ph.D. or MPhil. Should have obtained at least 55% marks in the post-graduation course. Must have cleared any of the CBSE/ NTA-UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET exams.
National Fellowship for students of Other Backward Classes (OBC)Must have a PG degree in any subject. Should belong to the OBC category. Must enroll for M.Phil or Ph.D. degrees (full-time) in any of Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, or Engineering & Technology.Should be unemployed. Family income must not exceed 6 lakhs per year.

UGC-BSR Faculty Fellowship SchemeShould be a reader or serving any higher posts in Science and Technology departments Must have published at least 15 research articles in reputed journals. Must have successfully completed Ph.D. dissertations 15 in Basic sciences and 10 in Engineering and Technology, 5 of whom received their degree in the last 10 years.Must have handled a minimum of 3 types of research projects in the past 10 years.
