Abhi-Neel case: GHC denies 4 accused’s anticipatory bail plea

In a recent development, the Gauhati High Court (GHC) has denied the bail plea of the 45 accused involved in the mob lynching incident of Abhijeet Nath and Nilotpal Das.

The GHChad reserved its verdict on the bail plea on Thursday.

However,on Friday, the High Court had denied anticipatory bail pleas of another fouraccused.

It may benoted that a complaint, pertaining to threatening the witnesses, had beenregistered at the Nagaon Police.
